I’ve toured properties from other four builders in the area and the staff, lending options, and locations are not nearly as good as the ones starlight provides. Matt helped me understand the buying process and requirements, then connected me with the lender, and always followed up with me. I was a first time home buyer when I met Matt and he was incredibly helpful. I didn’t even need a realtor to be able to buy the homes. Do not hesitate to give them a call and tour the properties!
