Initially, they were responsive, came out next day and looked at the work needed. This was almost two weeks ago. I stressed that time was of the essence as this repair is emergency in nature. I have called every few days with the response of - we are working on your proposal and will get it to you by the end of the week. I called the office today and they informed that a visit is needed to bid the work. I'm sorry, but didn't that already occur almost two weeks ago? Emailed the owners without any response. Stay away from this unorganized company.

I hired this company just a week ago to unclog my house, and it cost me $300. After no more than 2 weeks, my house is completely backed up again — the same exact problem as before! They don’t offer any kind of warranty or guarantee for their work. Once they get your money, that’s it. They’ll happily charge you another $300 (or more) every time you call, without taking responsibility for the poor job they did. It’s obvious they don’t know what they’re doing. A proper company would at least stand behind their service or come back to fix it within a week. But not them — they just want to keep charging people again and again for work that doesn’t even last. Absolutely unprofessional, careless, and dishonest. Save your money and go somewhere else — anywhere else would be better than this nightmare of a company.
