- MSMarlon Silva6 days ago1.0Terrible company, shop around, they are not the best, all they care about is getting rich at your expense. They sold me a variable-speed Trane, telling me it was the best in the industry, and I have had nothing but problems since. First of all, it does not save you on electricity like they told me. Second, it is noisier than my neighbor's Carrier unit. Third, it is all computer-controlled, which means only they can service it; no other place can fix it, so you have no competition to compare. Fourth, it spits out up to three error codes a year and then shuts down. Hence, you have no choice but to call them. After paying more than $13k for an AC, you don’t expect this sheet. Learn from my experience and get a conventional AC without all these computer sheet; otherwise, expect to maintain this snake oil company

The office staff was fantastic as I was running late and then needed to reschedule due to work demands. The technician Jonathan R. was fantastic! He was professional and took time to explain what needed to be done and what he was doing. From now on, I will only go with Miller's for all my HVAC needs. If I could give them more than 5 stars I certainly would!
