My service technician was Ronnie and discovered the cause of my problem with the vanity light that was here when I moved in was a faulty switch plus poor installation. There was a connection in the light that was reduced to ashes! I had no idea what to replace the light with and Ronnie went above and beyond to help me select what type would be the best choice. I cannot thank Ronnie and Kasper Electrical enough for caring about their customer and for a job well done.
