They scheduled an appointment (8 am - 4 pm) thats all day which is ridiculous in of its self. I waited till 3:55 pm at which time I had to call them to find out my technician called out that MORNING. They never called me to let me know. I was willing to lose a days revenue for my business, but not waist a day doing nothing waiting on them. The only incentive they offered to try and keep/earn my business was 5% ($10 🤣🤣🤦‍♂️). Super insulting. I would never recommend them with the type of scheduling they do. My family has been in business 40 YEARS, ill be letting 1,000's of my clients know NOT to use guardian services. Let this be a lesson that you never know who your working with or what there influence in the community is. They won't be out of business, but I can guarantee they will lose THOUSANDS of dollars in business. We have already proven this effective with other businesses that operate shady.

I've had the filter for 5 years, and they just told me that my warranty has expired. When a salesperson comes to your house and tells you it has a lifetime warranty, it's not true. They haven't honored mine, but I'm going to look for my sales documents where it says I have a lifetime warranty. - IHIan HernándezDec 15, 20251.0James Jenkins told me that the water system would clean raw water for emergency use and so I purchased the product. It wasn’t until after the install that I read the tiny letters on the unit that said that the unit isn’t rated for treating raw water. I would have not paid this much for a system that isn’t rated for what I wanted. It literally only handles city water. I was sold something under false pretense and I feel lied to. Now the company isn’t owning up to their sales persons mistakes and they are not standing behind their product. They have been quick to sell and install and a headache to deal with after. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else for a water purification system if you value your time and money.
