- PPPDeGOct 25, 20225.0Replaced Well water filtration system. They came out same day I called and gave many options. Once decided they had system installed two days later.
- GHGeorge HeinzMay 9, 20205.0My home has a well and pump to service the house. A 2 inch PVC pipe connecting the pump to the water pipe was slightly leaking, so I called Southern Water Services. I received an email from them confirming the day and time range of the appointment, including a photo of Matt, their service man. During the repair process, Matt pointed out air pockets in the water line with gradual pressure loss at the pump. He believed it was probably due to a faulty check valve which could also cause the pump to work overtime by cycling on and off too often. After we discussed it, I decided to have the check valve replaced. Matt had all the tools and supplies with him to replace it right away. Afterward, he demonstrated that the old check valve had been leaking water back into the well which caused the air pockets and pressure loss. I am extremely pleased with Southern Water Services.

I’ve had them for a pump break down, well hook up, cracked pipe (somebody drove over my well head). Always prompt. And they recognize an emergency. And the prices are very competitive. Oh - and my water is spectacular!! I’m on a well. And my water is spectacular. Thank you SWS!
