I recently had the pleasure of working with Schrapper's Fine Cabinetry & Design for a complete kitchen remodel, and I can't recommend them highly enough, easily a 5-star experience from start to finish! As someone who's renovated homes before, I know how stressful these projects can be, but Schrapper's turned what could have been a nightmare into a seamless, enjoyable process. Their team truly sets the bar for professionalism in custom cabinetry. Right from the initial consultation, I was impressed by their responsiveness. I reached out via their website on a weekend, and within hours, I had a callback from one of their designers. They listened carefully to my vision, a modern yet timeless kitchen with ample storage, high-quality materials, and a touch of elegance, and provided thoughtful suggestions without ever pushing their own agenda. The design phase was collaborative; they used 3D renderings to help me visualize everything, making adjustments on the fly based on my feedback. No question was too small, and they were always just a quick email or phone call away. When it came time for installation, the magic really happened. Their craftsmen are absolute artists! The cabinets they built and installed are stunning, flawless dovetail joints, soft-close drawers that glide like butter, and a custom finish that perfectly matches my countertops and backsplash. I opted for maple wood with a subtle gray stain, and the end result is both functional and beautiful, transforming my outdated kitchen into a space that's now the heart of my home. What stood out most was their efficiency; they promised a two-week timeline and delivered ahead of schedule without cutting any corners. The crew was respectful of my space, cleaning up daily and minimizing disruptions, especially important since I work from home.Throughout the project, the entire team was wonderful to work with. From the project manager who kept everything on track to the installers who were friendly and detail-oriented, everyone exuded passion for their craft. There were no hidden fees or surprises; the quote was transparent, and they even suggested cost-saving alternatives where possible without compromising quality. If you're considering custom cabinetry, look no further than Schrapper's Fine Cabinetry & Design. They've earned my lifelong loyalty, and I'm already planning to use them for my bathroom vanities next. Thank you, team, for making my dream kitchen a reality!

Schrapper's remodeled our galley kitchen, and we're thrilled with the results! Danya designed our new kitchen that not only looks great but functions better, especially with the deeper cabinets and wonderful draws. She even "jazzed" up a rather boring pantry door. Danya visited our home, presented us with cabinetry, hardware and tile suggestions, and we went with everything she picked out. She was excellent to work with and would not hesitate to work with her again on future bathroom upgrades. Schrapper's also had an excellent installation guy that was wonderful to work with. Classy showroom, excellent quality choices, and very knowledgeable design consultant - couldn't get much better.

We reached out to Schrapper’s Fine Cabinetry & Design to remodel our kitchen and worked with Isabella Longobardi. Before our visit to their showroom, we provided photos of our old kitchen along with some measurements. During our first meeting, Isabella shared some plans based on our ideas and showed us various kitchen designs for inspiration. Our budget was quite tight, and we inquired about how the process would work. Isabella explained that Schrapper’s would handle the renovation, including the demolition of our old kitchen and necessary modifications. Shortly after, we received a quote that unfortunately exceeded our budget significantly, not including the costs of appliances. Isabella worked to adjust a few details to help align it with what we could afford. To proceed, we paid a $5,000 non-refundable deposit for final measurements and assessments of potential adjustments. During this visit, I expressed concerns about a framed area in the kitchen containing water pipes and drainage from the upper floors, which I felt needed careful attention. I was informed that they would address it during demolition, but there was no suggestion to investigate further by looking inside the drywall. To our surprise, we later discovered that the costs for demolition and modifications were not included in the original quote, which was unexpected for us. For us a quote a summary of all the expenses linked to a project apparently I did not know what quote stand for!. After a couple of weeks with no updates, we followed up with Isabella and received a demolition quote ($16,000.00) that was higher than we anticipated, which was concerning given our previously communicated budget. After discussing our situation with James at Schrapper’s, we learned that the non-refundable deposit was outlined in the contract. When I revisited my concerns with Isabella regarding the demolition costs, she explained that the high quote might reflect the contractors' busy schedules. After some reflection, we decided to investigate the area behind the drywall ourselves, which revealed the presence of plumbing and electrical components that clarified some of our initial questions and realized that the drawing provided could not be completed. While we appreciated the efforts of Isabella and her team, we were left feeling uncertain about several aspects of the process, particularly relating to communication regarding additional costs. We hope that future clients have clearer expectations moving forward.
