We live in a condo with strict rules about when construction can occur, and Schrappers delivered the cabinets EXACTLY when they said they would. Our cabinets look like furniture! Our designer, Danya, came out right away to take careful measurements when we first met and before I had signed anything, was patient with me as I figured out what I wanted (it took me several drafts to get there!), was very helpful with creative design touches (and crafting a great solution when the counter guy mis-measured for the back splash), and then was all over my contractor making sure everything was installed correctly when it came time for that. And Danya worked with the appliance people to make sure my contractor had what the appliances required in the way of power and space etc. The Schrappers installers are real craft people so no hiccups with that. We are happy with them and highly recommend.

Schrapper's has exceeded my expectations in every single step of the process. This includes the initial design consultation, the incredibly thorough in-home visit (where they analyzed our style, lighting, and meticulously measured everything), and most impressively, their ability to source and communicate with all the necessary contractors needed - from demo and carpentry to electrical, tiling, and painting. They handled the complete project management, making the process stress-free. Their commitment to client satisfaction was proven when we encountered an unexpected setback with the custom manufacturer we initially chose.
