I'm writing this review on behalf of my customer service today. Technician Michael came to assist with what I thought was an issue with my windows only to discover the problem was the user (me)! Michael was extremely patient and helpful with getting me to understand how to operate the window. These are non-standard windows. He patiently explained and demonstrated how to properly open, remove for cleaning and close. I've had these for about 3 years and really didn't remember any of what he showed me today. Chalk it up as user error but Michael was a kind young man and did not make me feel like an idiot or rush me in anyway. He allowed me to open, remove and close to insure I understood. Thank you, Michael, and may God bless you! I'm a return customer for Window World and have had nothing but good success, even when I have had serious issues; this company always took care of making it right. I highly recommend Window World of NE FL. Technicians are the face of your company, hopefully you take care of them!

In May we purchased a new 3 piece window set for our home . We were told 8-10 weeks . That’s fine , around the 10 week point I called and what do you know , our window was in and we were scheduled for installation. The installer came out , took out the old window and installed the new one and pointed out the crack in the top portion of the middle window . He did a great job . He said window world would order a new one and be in contact with us . Of course days went by , so I called . I had to leave a message with the installation manager and he would call me back . Again , this did not happen . In fact I called 3 times and got no return call . When I called back again I had a very nice female who helped , however when the new window came in they called my husband instead . Ok , so they send out an installer and guess what , they’ve ordered the wrong size . Here we go again , no contact calls unless we call them , another installation is scheduled and this time the installer comes out alone and realizes he can’t install this window without help . So , here we go again , they schedule another installation date , 2 men come out , after a couple hours and they are not successful so they call for back up . Finally new window in , but after 4 appts , atleast a minimum of 16 hours at my home , my husbands schedule interrupted what do you think they did for us . Nothing !!! Oh ok so you left a restaurant gift card of $50 . Hardly makes us up for the inconvenience , frustration , and all the poor planning on your part . I will not recommend this company to anyone . Is the window nice ? Yes , but the customer service or lack of is , horrible
