  I was referred to Turnkey Roofing through my home warranty, and I’m glad I was. I worked with Juan, the sales manager, and he went above and beyond for me. The home warranty was only willing to cover part of the damage, but Juan stepped in, fought for me, and got the coverage I actually needed. You don’t meet many people in this business who genuinely care, but Juan and his team showed integrity and real customer service. I’m truly grateful for their help and highly recommend Turnkey Roofing.

  We were Introduced to our the TurnKey GM, John Wannamaker by a relative. in Ponte Vedra I had an insurance situation that needed to be handled in a very timely manner. We called John, he was understanding and very responsive to my dilemma. John walked me through the process, drove 50 miles to visit our home in Fernadina Beach and inspect the roof. He presented us with our options and provided a quote, all within a few days. Once I gave him the go ahead the material was ordered and delivered to our home within 3 days and two days later the installers from Turnkey showed up to do the install. Polite neat and tidy the 6 workmen finished the project in one 10 hour day. John showed up the day the materials were delivered the morning the workmen arrived and later that evening when the crew was starting to finish up. He made sure we were fully aware of the process every step of the way, we had his cell number for and questions that might have come up. The next day the crew chief showed up at the house to do a final inspection and to see if we had any questions or concerns. Our overall experience with John and the Turnkey company was very positive and we have no trouble giving them a 5 star rating and would not hesitate recommending them to neighbors. Thank you John!   After extensive research and reviewing several other roofers’ quotes, I selected TurnKey to re-roof my house. For many reasons, I highly recommend TurnKey. Its quote was the most reasonable and definitely the best value in every way. TurnKey is superior – not only in roofing but also in the people working for TurnKey. The sales manager, Juan Torres, was extremely knowledgeable about roofing, including various code requirements, best practices, underlayment types, wood, warranties, etc. He was on time, respectful of my home, answered all my questions without rushing me, provided a quote that was very reasonable, and cautioned me about possible issues that could increase the cost (e.g., the flat roof section). Throughout the job, as hidden issues were uncovered (5 layers of felt, cracked wood on the deck), Juan promptly contacted me to discuss. And when I had questions, he was accessible. I couldn’t have asked for a better, more outstanding person to work with during the re-roofing - from start to finish. The Foreman, Angel, and the crew were also superb. They worked very hard, long days, non-stop - except for a brief lunch break. They were kind, respectful, professional, diligent, and even quiet. No hollering at each other, no music, just steady work. At the end, they meticulously went around the house to pick up all the nails and debris. You’d never know they were even here. What a great experience! I would definitely choose TurnKey again.

  The best part about working with Turnkey Roofing was the General Manager, John Wannamaker! He is professional, courteous, efficient, and kind. John went out of his way to clearly explain the intricacies of the repair and personally followed up to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. He truly exemplifies what excellent customer service should look like. My roof was scheduled and repaired in a timely manner. Thank you, Turnkey Roofing — and a special thank you to John!

  Edit: After posting this review, I observed the owner’s response. Just saw his response to this matter. Rather than acknowledging the concern or seeking clarification about the experience, the response emphasized internal call reviews and stated that the interaction could not be found on file. That approach felt concerning and unprofessional, particularly when paired with an implication that proof or personal identification would be required for the feedback to be considered valid. I am not willing to provide phone records or personal information for safety and privacy reasons. This response further reinforced my decision to review this business and their customer service. I do not intend to continue engaging with the owner, as the response itself reflects the customer experience being documented. I called to ask a simple question and Jennifer is the most unpleasant and rudest receptionist I have talked to in a very long time. I hope management corrects her behavior. Do not become a receptionist if you are not good with people. Do better, please.
