I said that Im on your website and it has whole section on Residential services, also that I got their phone number from Carrier to called to assist me. She didnt really know what to say, but took my number...? If your website is not accurate, your resources have you listed as a residential company and you deny both without a good explanation, this leaves me thinking that you are unorganized and unprepared.
