We will never buy from this place again... we are a cabinet installation company, just to clarify that we were one of the first customers of this place when they opened in Jacksonville. They used to give you all the paperwork so you could show it to the client, and that generated more trust when making the deal... (but sometimes it's not up to the contractor whether the sale goes through, but rather depends on the client's budget). But now you go for an estimate and they don't give you anything because, according to them, you're just there to waste their time... Kirenia, in particular, is a terrible salesperson; she speaks to you without any respect, pushes you to buy, and they don't want to give you a printed estimate, they only tell you the price, so you don't know if the information about what you're buying is correct... They charge you a $300 membership fee to register your company, and on top of that, they sell you small sample doors with the cabinet colors for $20 so that companies can promote their business... I respect the policies of every business, but since we didn't like it, we will never go back... There are other places with better service and better product quality that match the price of this place!!!
