  I truly wish I could give a zero! I had called to get a estimate on a unit and never received one in writing-just got the old bait and switch-they told me it would be $18,000 to replace the unit and all my ductwork was bad and we had black mold, etc. but after weeks of not getting anything in writing, they only sent repair estimates for a unit that was NOT working at all! I had paid a fee and when I spoke to the TM cst service mngr he told me I got what I paid for( estimate-eval). I had just had cancer treatments and for them to take advantage of someone sick is just sad....I know Google reviews can be Bought, so if you really want to know about Lickety Split and what real customers think, go on YELP! I pray they change their ways-doing business honestly does pay off-PLEASE be careful and get 2 other written estimates-Thank you!

  The $79 Main Sewer Line Cleaning Special is a complete scam — don’t fall for it. The fine print says jetting not included, yet jetting is the only method this company actually uses. That means the $79 “special” is essentially useless. I had a very simple job — about six feet of drainpipe that needed to be cleared. Instead of honoring the advertised deal or offering a standard snake service, they tried to charge four times the normal fairly priced snaking fee for their “special jetting tech.” For most basic clogs, snaking is perfectly fine, so the upcharge made no sense. To make things worse, the technician didn’t even have a phone and had to borrow my tenant’s just to communicate. This company is now officially on my Do Not Call list. I won’t be using any of their services in the future for any of my properties. Customers beware.

  John Neal showed up at my house to repair a toilet problem., in a matter of seconds, the problem was fixed and he educated my son on how to replace a broken part. I was extremely pleased with John’s service.

  They never said anything about extra charge. They claim i signed the invoice which i did not and it was a scribble! I had a coupon and they made me pay in advance before they ever came to my house. Don't use them! It took him 5 seconds to snake my shower drain and they charged $400!

  Today, I woke up and turned on my hot water tank, but noticed smoke coming from the panel. I searched for plumbing services in Jacksonville and found Lickety Split AC, Plumbing, and Electric. I called and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, November 12th. However, I later received a call from Lickety Split asking if I could move my appointment up to this afternoon. Chris, the sales technician, was very professional and knowledgeable about the benefits and services offered by the company. Devin and Gery then arrived at my home to install my new water heater. They were professional, polite, respectful, and considerate. The installation was quick, and they cleaned their work area afterward. They even offered to help put the garbage cans back in my garage. Good services are hard to find, so I recommend Lickety Split AC, Plumbing, and Electric. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for a job well done!
