I received quotes from all the big players as well as the smaller mom and pop shops. Brad came out, gave me a no-nonsense quote that met mine and my wife’s needs and a price that beat all others in the area while also getting me into the stainless steel unit we wanted. The difference in water was immediate. I tested my water myself prior to shopping and tested again the day of install. We went from extremely hard on the scale to almost 0 across the board. The water now feels silky, luxurious, and incredibly refreshing. Our first shower today was a treat. Our installer also was incredibly punctual, professional and did a wonderfully tidy install for our house that was pre-plumbed. Hopefully everything keeps going great and looking forward to continuing the relationship for the years ahead!
