Not very professional. Left a mess, outside trim looks terrible. Several window screens are about 1/8" short.
They tracked window caulk (that they stepped in outside) throughout my house.
I want to put up the storm door on my new front door, but I can't because the side trims are too close at the top, so a storm door wont fit without tearing it all off and redoing it
They sent me a survey from Guild quaulity, and I gave them a poor survey. They pestered and tried to intimadate me to delete my survey and do a better one.
After they came back to redo the window trims, (which still look terrible) one of their guys pooped in a contractor garbage bag and put it in my recycle bin.
I do not recommend them.

A year and a half later with an incomplete project and getting the run-around!!!!
So let me start from the beginning and set the scene....
I had originally had planned to get my kitchen refaced.
March of 2024: Todd came to measure the cabinets, however, we had changed our minds to get our old windows replaced instead. We contacted Mike Post who was our Sales Rep (great guy) and he changed our contract right away and it came out to a little cheaper, but really the same price as our kitchen would've been. Thinking back my husband and I thought "Well since what they do best is windows and doors this should be a great experience."
June 6th 2024:
We get a call windows had come in, but the door was running late so we schedule the install anyway
June 25th 2024:
Windows install happens, the team did a great job
July 20th 2024:
The team arrives to install the sliding glass door. Closer to a finished install, I peak around the plastic and the door is not only something I did not expect and did not order (never showed us the look of it) however the door was installed backwards!
I call Todd and explain to him that this was not what we ordered because we ordered it to be white on the inside but brown on the outside due to our HOA . To add, no body showed us what the door even looked like when they ordered it for us. The install was backwards and nothing about the door was what we expected to be installed. We expected it to look like our current door but it was much thicker on the borders. He apologies and says that he will get back to me after he figures out a plan for us. He gets back to us and after some deliberation we end up just keeping the same door and he orders a new one for the correct orientation of the door. He gives us a credit for the difference of us not receiving the correct color door, yet still having to pay the same amount on our loan.
Some time elapses and Decemeber 3rd 2024:
The reinstall for our door happens and it goes smoothly, I remember Terry coming with another kind gentleman. Terry did the original confirmation of measurements for my door and is a super sweet man. However, at the end of the install they reveal that they did not order the screen door that came with the sliding glass door. I was still using the original one. They tried to see if they could flop it but with the lock orientation they could not make it work. Terry said he would put in an order for it and someone would give me a call when it came in.
Fast forward to April 14th of 2025:
Dino comes to install my screen door finally and all is exciting finally except when they ordered the same screen door which is the wrong orientation and still will not work. Dino kindly asks if he could take the original door along with the one he arrived with to make sure the correct one is ordered. I did not mind and I gave him a google review saying how nice and knowledgable he was and willing to help.
July 30th 2025;
I call and spoke to a woman named Alani and was requesting an update on my screen door situation. She stated and told me it was supposed to arrive in May, yet there was no other update in the system so she would call me back after she spoke to manufacturing to get an update for me.
(i believe it was) August 23rd or 25th 2025:
My husband calls again to receive an update and spoke to Steve about what it going on. Steve said he would go ahead and issue a reorder the door for us and then give my husband a call the following week with an update.
August 29th 2025:
I call back and I spoke to Aliya (very nice and helpful lady). I spoke with her and explained to her the situation. She got me in touch with Talina the Supervisor for the Service Dept. (nice and respectful lady). After conversing my door was supposed to arrive Sept 5th. Sept 6th, call and the truck never showed i was told.
Called twice next week and was told the same thing. Still have no update or call back! 10/13/25.
RIDICULOUS!! Original review attached from last year.
