He went over everything with me. By far the best estimate I had. I was going to have to wait until during the week to get something done. But Josh made a phone call to his crew and they came out on a Sunday 11.2.25 and had it all done for me within a couple of hours. All new system. The crew was amazing. I would only recommend this company. There is nothing better than Cool R Us. Thank you Josh and Cool R Us.

Josh was able to answer all of our questions and even threw in an option if we would be able to install the unit the same week. Our installers knew what they were doing and worked all day with only a short break for lunch. They cleaned everything up and the system worked fine when they left. The communications were excellent.
