From the initial visit to the final installation, they were so easy to work with and fairly priced. The techs ( Josh and Roberto) were neat, respectful, and even helped me get difficult blinds reinstalled when I could not get them back in. Every single person I worked with, from the office staff to the techs was friendly and professional. If you need new windows these are the people to call!

To start, the sales rep was professional and arrived in a company vehicle exactly on time. I had other company reps bid the job but none were as knowledgeable or professional. After I went to contract, the office emailed and called about every next step and worked with my schedule when the initial install date was a conflict. The installers, Chad and Jeremiah also arrived in a company truck and were real pros---polite and professional as well. I've personally heard of bad experiences from neighbors. My install went perfectly, the pricing was excellent and the finished job looks great. It's great to see a truly well run company and that such a high quality and fairly priced contractor exists.

They both were very patient with my endless questions. The two of them work together very well and I was particularly pleased with their attention to detail. They double and triple-checked every window to make sure that they were square, level and all mechanisms worked. When the work was completed they left my home neat as a pin. Thank you Randall and Chad for doing such a good job!!

We purchased the Aria Series Vinyl Energy Star Certified w/ Low E & Argon gas. I love that our windows are made in Florida. And American Window Products is a family run business. Great customer service too!

James did a good job explaining product options and recommending a solution to best address our needs. The installation went extremely well. Jeremiah and Robert did a fabulous job. They were courteous, respectful and diligent in their work with results that look and work great. If we need additional window replacements, American Window Products is who we'll call, and we'll ask for James, Jeremiah and Robert!
