We are disappointed though in purchasing a new AC unit that apparently has a “regular factory defective part” & needed repair plus all new freon less than 6 months out. If this is a known problem, then the company needs to send out techs within two weeks to a month of installation to double check it. We use the silver plan, which is twice yearly maintenance. Not sure why it wasn’t caught at that time either.
