Pero tube que llamar a la compañia 3 veces para q vinieran a recoger la basura y como si fuera poco, vinieron y instalaron una escalera para inspeccion… la cual estubo bien gracias a Dios al servicio de los que me hisieron el techo!! Peroo hay esta el problema otra ves lleva la escalera 1 semana cojida con tornillos a mi techo los he llamado muchas veces todos los dias disen q van a pasar a recogerla y NADA!! Al parecer no la necesitan con tanta urgencia como cuando bajo lluvia vinieron a recoger el dinero que les faltaba! Hoy mi esposo cuando llegue del trabajo la va a safar y la va a sacar para afuera del porton de la casa. Ojala pasen y se la lleven alguien q sinceramente la necesite como por ejemplo los palomeros de la esquina!! SEAN RESPONSABLES!!

It took over eight months for delivery and installation of the windows and doors and after having to continuously follow up with them. As of this day, five months after the sliding doors were installed, we still have not received the screens. We’ve followed up several times with Ariel to no avail.
