They actually want me to deal with the manufacture vs them replacing my unit. I’ve been living with a hole in my wall and a leak for over a month now. The AC let’s out a long bang when it turns on and wakes me up throughout the night. So beware especially if you are a woman that is head of your household and paying for all maintenance yourself. They will take advantage of you. I will keep you updated on how they handle this situation and how I decide to move forward with holding them responsible for what they have done to my house.
