I contacted sparky to fix the problem realizing an electrician is best to fix the problem. Technician arrived on time. He communicated that in order to fix the socket he need to do diagnostics the would Cost around 400. He contacted me and I signed the approval. After an hour he contacted me back that he traced the wiring signal died on an area and needed to open dry wall. Again i agreed. After another hour. I received bill for payment thinking problem solved, but to my dismay he left 8 holes in my rental unit w/o even repairing the problem! He dint even call me back just left and wrote an excuse why it was not finished. I wrote back to ask to speak to the manager but until now I haven’t no call back!

They came within the correct window and notified us when they would arrive. They identified and fixed the problem in a timely manner. They were very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others!
