He taught me something about the operation of a heat pump I never knew. He was thorough and explained things in an easy to understand manner. The documentation he provided from the visit was as good as I've ever seen. Nice job!
- CFClark FutchSep 30, 20255.0Idk why I never did, but I should have called these guys in the past for issues with my A/c, but I’m very satisfied with everything. Everything froze up so I turned it off, and by the time the tech came out it had thawed and starting working properly and the tech couldn’t find an issue. It froze up again after the tech left and everything stopped working, so I turned off again and went to bed. Today when I woke up, everything was working again, except the fan wouldn’t turn off at all. I called again and they had Nico out shortly afterwards. He diagnosed the problem quickly and I agreed with his assessment. It was under warranty so he verified that parts were on hand, and changed out the blower motor in no time. He was very professional and a polite young man. He’s got a very bright future!
