Guest in one of the properties smoked marijuana inside the house, despite the no smoking rule. The smell was STRONG and awful. We tried everything we could think of for days to try to eliminate the smell. Nothing worked and we had to seek professional help. I found Odor Gone Today online and I'm so happy I did. I called Michael on Wednesday afternoon and explained to him our dilemma, the odor and the time crunch we were under because we had new guest coming to check in. Let's just say Michael drove over an hour to get to us that same day arriving at the EXACT time he said he would, 7pm. He set up the gassing system and returned the next day at 8am sharp as he said he would. And the smell was completely gone! 100% gone. The house smelled so fresh and clean. It was quick and easy but pricey. I am a firm believer in, "You get what you pay for!" He was kind, professional, friendly and timely! He did exactly what he said he would do and I really appreciated that. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others!
