- FQFrank QuintanaDec 4, 20252.0The problem I had last year with water leaking was never fixed They where out 3 times yr This time they came out for separate problems they charge charged me 129 for diagnosing the problem and tech ordered a new blower motor which he said was under warranty for part but I’ll have to pay them an additional 210 for labor once the motor comes in 2 days so besides being over priced no I’m not very satisfied with Grimms I would have given them zero rating but the tech that was out this time was very respectful and seem to know what he is doing and worked quickly and thoroughly By the way my unit is 7 years old and has had had condensation problems since day one I’ll keep you posted
