- ACAustin CedroAug 12, 20251.0Wayne wiles came to fix grout in my new build for a warranty project. The guy who came out used my water spigot (without asking), but honestly, didn’t mind that much. Went out to use my hose to water my new sod and realized he was dumping grout from his bucket in my brand new mulch bed. For any new customers, I wouldn’t use a company who is so careless. Now I’m going to have to replace this entire section of my landscaping as it’s coming up like solid grout/brick. Photos attached.

He lies frequently, changes his story to cover up his mistakes and engages in bait and switch pricing schemes. At the end of the day, we got a below average tile job with a lot of headaches and excuses for their bad work. I was willing to pay above market rate to get better workmanship. Instead I overpaid for below average installers. You can find much better prices and craftsmanship elsewhere.
