    I wanted to give a BIG shout out to Daniel and thank him for stopping by today and servicing, the business I work for, elevator! His knowledge is outstanding and I very much appreciate him! He kept me informed throughout the whole process, even explaining what the problem(s) were and what he did to take care of it!! Very professional and AMAZING customer service!

    Elevator broke down due to storm, tech said it needed a board. Had to pay in full and still waiting almost 3 weeks for repair. Find another company for service, this place is terrible.

    Called them 4 times and each time was promised an email, transferred to a full message box, left on hold etc. I'll have to find someone else
