  Used them for back lanai . They were great. Called yesterday morning to get a price on having windows done. Was advised by reception Sydney would call me back right away for when she would be in area. No call back. Meanwhile two other companies have come out within 24 hours to give me a bid. Guess my potential business isn't worth the time

  I had an older storm shutter system in which a "pull strap" had let loose and I was only in town for a day and could not find a replacement anywhere. I was instructed by a Home Depot employee to go to Storm Shutter Warehouse. When I arrived, they were courteous and empathetic but said my shutters must be very old (like me!) and they did not have the needed replacement. Then, a woman sales person or manager came out and said..."we don't have this item but, I can call upon one of our suppliers and they might have it"....so, she made several phone calls and found out where the part could be bought but I - as a non-manufacturer - could not purchase it.....then, she said "well, I'll just call and you can use our company authorization to get the part"......went over to the place she instructed me to go to and picked it up....offered to pay the Storm Shutter Warehouse person but she refused! Said it was a courtesy.....incredible! Her time and her purchase for me....no charge!! :)

  Shutters held up beautifully beach front during Ian's assault on our shores. So thankful our property was protected.
