  HESSLER FLOORING SUBCONTRACTS THEIR INSTALLATION SERVICE AND DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISHAP. Sadly, I had a jewelry bag stored in my nightstand and did not think to remove it when I had the carpet installed. My engagement ring, infinity ring, necklaces, etc were inside and I discovered the bag missing a few days after the installation. The Naples Police Dept was contacted, officers came and took the report; a detective assigned to the case. It is a criminal investigation because of the dollar amount involved. The detective contacted Hessler and the installers. They have refused to cooperate! The installers are not obligated to return the detective's calls. Hessler insists I file a claim with MY insurance. Initially, they agreed to file a claim and have since reneged. This has been heartbreaking. Hessler's customer service is horrible. DO NOT USE HESSLER IF YOU NEED THEM TO INSTALL ANYTHING!!!

  We’re absolutely ecstatic with the flooring install. Chris, the salesman at the store, was a pleasure to deal with. The whole job, from demolition of existing floor to installation and grouting was done professionally and within the time given. We love our new wood look tile floor. We’ve had Tesoro brand floors installed in our previous home and are very satisfied with the product. Thank you to Hessler for performing a wonderful job. We highly recommend this company and plan to use them for upgrading our floors in another property.

  Our retirement community was looking for new flooring for our clubhouse. We went to several flooring store in the Ft. Myers/ Naples area. I was very impressed with Hessler Floor Covering out of Fort Myers. I was working with a committee to decide on which was the best flooring to use for the activities in our clubhouse. We worked with Jeremy at Hessler's. He was very patient with us since we were a committee and everyone had their opinions. Jeremy helped us chose the product that would best serve our needs. Once we made our choice, the product was ordered right away. Jeremy chose the best person to do our installation. Our installer, Joe did a fabulous job. He was very easy to work with and he was very considerate of the needs of the people who use our clubhouse on a daily basisl I highly recommend Hessler's. If you go in to see Jeremy, tell them LInda sent you.
