He explained what he was going to do in understandable terms, did them well and had some maintenance tips for me to do in between his six month maintenance visits. I want to prolong the life of the AC units and the services provided by Scarline at Conditioned Air will help a great deal in that regard.

I had an issue with the AC less than 1 year after moving, they came out and made a repair and the technician told me that the unit was not property installed which is what caused the issue, fast forward 6 months later I have my unit serviced by another company and they advised that thru it low on refrigerant based on the charging chart on the unit. After explaining to the tech the issue I previous had he stated that it’s highly likely there is still a leak and he suggested I contact the company because they were out 6 months prior, I called and expressed my concerns to the receptionist and she was very nice she offered to reach out to a manger and have them contact me. Once the manager contacted me he was bee defensive and did not hear my concerns and essentially implied it’s not out of the ordinary that there is another leak, I would think given the history of the incorrect installation and the previous repair they would least offer some kind of solution but instead he said there is probably another leak.. on a 2 year old unit, unbelievable, very disappointed with the service and would not recommend.

He let us know when he was coming, was on time, checked everything I had a couple of concerns with on both the condenser and the compressor. Even cleaned the cement slab the unit was sitting on outside. Very knowledgeable and polite. If allowed, we will request him the next time. Thanks, Justin!

It took a few calls and some effort, but John and Conditioned Air took care of the problem to my satisfaction. I am happy to say they put the customer first and resolved the issues. I will continue to use them with full confidence.
