Very detailed explanations of our issues and did not pressure us to do anything right away. - MMMarkNov 3, 20251.0I need to have my ac fixed and have to pay $130 for a service call and they do not know why they are coming. I have laready paid $190 to another company to come out and they sent someone out that was not qualified. I asked to talk to someone about what Caloosa would need to fix my ac but they could not discuss it. What is the manufacturer? What is the system doing? Are they quailified to fix it Why send someone out if they do not know why they are coming. You could make a living off service calls. Update 11/13/2025 They called to ask why i did not want to pay in advance for a service call when they wouldn't discuss the problem on the phone. I'm tired of prepaying for unqualified service. They don't even know why i called. Just give me your credit card😂🤣
