  Don’t use Bo’s. Absolute scam artists. Gave them 30k for a whole house generator. That won’t hardly run my coffee pot. Salesman came out and sold us a whole house generator just like we wanted. the Electricians seemed lost during the installation and after they left they fried one of our air conditioners, failed inspection and had to redo one of the main panels. the first power outage is when we realized we had some real problems. The ”Mickey mouse” generator they installed seemed to be having troubles powering our house. It eventually started flickering the lights and shutting down because it coudnt handle the load after and hour. Left a message with the after hours call center and heck I still haven’t gotten a call back! finally got Bo’s out to diagnose the problem and basically they told us the generator is too small…. Come to find out they didn’t load test our house and size generator properly and now they want another 35k for a larger generator that we should have had in the first place. I’ve asked several times to talk to the manager or supervisor and no one will even call me back. after Some digging I found they have 27 complaints with the better business bureau and also they aren’t a local company like advertised But based in Atlanta. These guys are crooks please beware Don’t make the same mistake I did. D. Johnson.

  Generac stand alone Propane Generator My husband and I decided to have a system installed for hurricane season. Bo's reached out and set up the install with ease. Today the first team [ Roger and Coco] arrived super early and completed the install of the generator while I slept. The second team [Neptali] arrived soon after to install the tank and the third gentleman arrived to transfer the tank to the platform. The teamwork was precise, well organized and executed. They were kind, super efficient, and cleaned up the entire area. I was so impressed with the entire process, will definitely recommend Bo's in the future. Thank you so much.

  Roger, Coco, Neptali, and Josue made installation day a very smooth process. They showed up on time and did a very nice job with installation of both the generator and the propane tank. I definitely recommend Bo’s, based on installation day and also the thorough evaluation and recommendations initially made by Shawn Waite.

  My mom contacted Bo’s Electric about installing a full house generator.The salesman explained that it would take 2-3 months.Here we are 7 months later with nothing!!!My mom made numerous calls to check on the status but no one would call her back.She was spending $20,000.with this company but they totally ignored her.So she finally just cancelled the order.As soon as she cancelled they suddenly came up with an installation date and she received 3 phone calls.No thank you,we don’t work like that.They kept her $2,000 deposit even though they did nothing for her.I guess that’s the real way Bo’s electric makes money!!!

  Bo’s Electric installed our home generator and start to finish prices was very flawless! Installation Team was in constant contact with us a week prior to Installation from scheduling to following up to make sure everything goes on schedule! Installation team of : Roger -electrician, Coco- electrician and Neptali - gas technician, were present entire time of the installation, they were promo at arriving early morning at our home to begin the installation. They worked efficiently and explained everything to us step by step. The team is very knowledgeable about generators. They tested everything, electrical and gas. Explained how maintenance on the generator works and how to monitor it on the app. Roger, Coco and Neptali are extremely professional and it shows through their work . Highly recommend Bo’s Electric and their professional installation crew!
