  Called 4:30 Friday afternoon and technician scheduled for 8-1 window next day on Saturday.Technician showed up inside the window with a notification 20 minutes before arrival. Respectful and pleasant interaction with technician who fixed the problem as best he could. Advised me to contact Moen for warranty replacement of defective faucet and saved me about $800 this way! This was my second transaction with Aztec and both have been 10/10! Heartily endorse this business.

  Giandrey Pepin was my tech and was great at explaining terminology and what he was doing. He also cleaned up after himself and left the area cleaner than it was. Great manners great job. Thank you

  I had sewage backing up and because of Aztec's great reviews I went ahead and called them. They were able to come out within a few hours which is great BUT from there they tried to rip me off TWICE. 1) The first technician who visited was very nice. He tried snaking my line and it was $237 and he couldn't fix the problem because he said it was on the city side, which is totally understandable. It sucks to pay $237 and have NO resolution but I understand the company has to get paid and I agreed to pay for the snaking even if it didn't work. That isn't the problem or the rip-off. My issue with the first guy is that he tried to SNEAK a ~$200 charge in there for "annual protection plan" without telling me, without explaining it to me, or anything. He just said "here's your quote for the repair" and when I was reviewing the line items on it I noticed it and asked him to remove it. It is very shady business practices to sneak things like that on it. Since he couldn't fix it with the snake he said he'd send a "camera guy" out later that day to verify it was on the city side like he thought and see if they can see the blockage. 2) The secondary tech who came out to "camera" the line told me that the first tech was WRONG and that it was 100% on OUR side and he was 100% sure of that and the repair quote for you all to dig out and fix the issue was $1,900. I called our builder who had a plumber come out who said this guy was LYING and it was 100% on the city side. I called the city and they came out and fixed the issue - it was NOT on our side and your secondary tech told me it 100% was and he wanted me to agree to pay $1,900 for him to fix it. That is shady as heck. If you're going to use this company be sure to get secondary quotes and REVIEW THE QUOTE THEY GIVE YOU to find any hidden charges like the annual protection plan.

  We had a bunch of old, leaky under-sink valves replaced. It was an urgent, after hours job and our technician Marvin did a fantastic job. He was very professional and did a great job explaining everything that needed to be done. It was great to be able to get the job completed in the evening so we could get our water turned back on. Thumbs up to Aztec Plumbing.
