  It started with scheduling the appointment. Friendly and easy! The day of the appointment, they actually called to give us a 45-minute window when they plan to arrive. Short time later, received another call that it would be a little bit longer… Just wanted us to know. Much appreciated! When Dylan arrived, he was friendly, professional, and very transparent. He outlined the options I had and had everything fixed in no time. This is the second time I’ve used Aztec Plumbing, and I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.!

  We contacted Aztec about water leaking from our shower behind the wall. Marvin did a great job getting to the root of the problem. He showed us the holes in the pipe threading & explained why this happens (difference in Chicago vs Cape Coral water) & how to prevent corrosion damage in the future. We are very grateful we called AZTEC & will be using them for any plumbing issues we have in the future!

  On the evening of Nov 13, 2025 at about 5:00 pm, our HOA's Landscapers were excavating a bunch of old shrubs from out in front of our Townhome's planter area. In the process of doing so, they broke the city water main leading into my Unit between the water meter and the mainline going into my residence. We quickly had an unexpected emergency on our hands, since a leak quickly developed that looked like it was running at 10-15 gals a minute. Fortunately, one of the landscaper's had a water main shutoff valve wrench in his truck and was able to get the city water main shut off to temporarily stop the leak until we could get a plumber out to fix it. A few minutes later, one of my neighbors flagged down an AZTEC plumbing van with a two-man crew who had just finished a non-emergency repair job in our gated community. They showed up to my address a few minutes later, quickly assessed where the break was located, and said they could fix within an hour or two, but would have to run up to nearest Home Depot (8 miles away) to get the required pipe fittings since they did not have any in their repair van stock. The lead Technician (Brook Swanson) was super polite and professional and was able to give me an on-the-spot price quote, and he included a $75 new customer coupon discount. The quoted price with the coupon, was 383.00, so I accepted it and authorized the repair on the spot because it was almost dark, and I knew that trying to find another plumber who lived in our immediate and remote residential area would be difficult and very expensive because it was already past normal work hours . Brook and his assistant tech quickly ran up to our Home Depot, returned half an hour later with the required pipe fittings and had the mainline pipe break fixed about 90 minutes later. They soon returned our water main to full pressure and it was great and highly professional service. Because of that they allowed my wife and I to shower before bed that evening and have a peaceful good night sleep not worrying how long we might have to wait to find a local area plumber the next morning, who probably would have made us wait a few days to make the repair. I would highly recommend AZTEC Plumbing thanks to Brook Swanson and his assistant kind and professional service!

  Amazing service! We had a serious plumbing issue at home, and even though it was a holiday (Veterans Day), Marvin came over right away to help us out. He was very professional, friendly, and dedicated to getting the job done. Throughout the whole process, he kept us informed and explained everything clearly. Thanks to his hard work and commitment, we were able to get our water back the same day. You can really tell he cares about his work and his customers. I highly recommend Marvin — people like him truly make a difference!

  We had no water in our home after I drained water heater sediment after returning for the season. Called Aztec and they responded to our home. The plumber indicated it was my water heater which seemed odd as both cold and hot were affected. He indicate the hot water shutoff was also bad so he cut the pipes and took the valve. I retrieved the valve and it was fine. He then bypassed the water heater and we still had no water. Then he said we needed the home repiped as there was a leak under foundation at a cost of $12000. By this time I had lost faith in this plumber and wanted a 2nd opinion. I got one the next day and it was the city water meter. This was fixed quickly by the city however due to his bypassing water heater it was more efficient for me to replace the 10 year old water heater than have the old water heater hooked up. Always get a second opinion and watch for this practice. No repiping was needed. I was contacted by Aztec to setup the repiping and explained what had happened 3 times and no more contact or apology for this major mistake.
