He is professional and not at all pushy (something I appreciate in a sales associate). He was flexible and offered alternative options when the price point was not where I needed to be. They have a lovely showroom and allowed me to borrow samples, they even ordered samples for me to keep, and they promptly visited the house to take measurements. Everything was seamless. I highly recommend this carpet company to anyone in need and plan to work with them again in the future.
