Grand Rental Station of Edgewater, Florida opened the new location in March of 2012. We have been in business since 1971 and started to grow in south florida with many locations. We are committed to serving all of our customers with concern, care and knowledge of all the equipment. We want to not only rent you the quality tool that you need to complete your job, but we want to explain to you how to operate the equipment. We want you to be able to complete your job with ease and have great experience. We spend many hours cleaning and servicing all the equipment, so that when your in need for that tool to complete your job we are ready for you. If your not sure on the tool you need, just ask us. That is what we are here for. We believe that having a clean store with clean and ready equipment for any consumers needs really makes a difference. We are prepared and ready for any questions or tools you may need.

- APAl POct 18, 20251.0Rented a brand new mini skid steer. Was told there was unlimited hour usage. Picked it up late afternoon and after an hour noticed a hydraulic leak and I shut the he machine not wanting to damage their equipment. After hours Fred said he would bring another machine out first thing in the morning. At 9:00am I called and was told he just got in and was working on something else. I explained I had materials scheduled and being a Friday they stop delivering at 2:00pm. An older, slower machine was delivered around 10:30am. They did get the new machine repaired and sent it back out to me however I had to cancel the materials due to losing approximately 5-6 hours of working time and I returned the machine early. I expected them to do something for me however they said I used the machines for around 4 hours and that counts as a full day.I protested explaining no I was told unlimited hours. Fred became a little belligerent and asked what I wanted. I acknowledged I used the machine for half a day and was willing to pay half. He said he would check with the owners. Have not heard anything yet.
