Rapid response was the first company to come out to address the issue and start the process of removing the flooring, baseboards and drywall. Will was in touch with my wife and I throughout the process and we really appreciate that they showed up when he said they would and finished when he said they would. Having a company that is reliable really makes an huge difference especially when life happens. The team that came out and removed everything were very nice and respectful of our things, they even covered our furniture in plastic so it wouldn’t get damaged! Jean, Marcelo and Luis made quick work of getting everything ripped up and removed from the home. Along with that the mold treatment that was applied and industrial fans they set up gave is peace of mind that the home would be safe to live in again once complete. To wrap it all up Courtney the project coordinator circled back with us to ensure everything went well. They seem to have a really efficient system going making the whole process easy for us. I would 100% recommend Rapid Response Team to anyone who is in need of this type of service. They will not disappoint!
