I keep our materials in stock so I’ve spent thousands of dollars at the time. Part of me buying my materials in bulk is to save and also to have materials available for my clients. Who thin the last 6 months I’ve ordered 2 separate orders for custom jobs (colors not in my stock) not very popular and I am charged for items that are not shipped at all or just simply they send the wrong color where miters don’t match the end caps or coil. When you reach out to them they take no responsibility or have any desire to make it right. There is always an excuse as to why they charge you or send you the wrong shades of colors and it’s never there fault. How can you say in your mission statement that your goal is to help us contractors grow our business when all you do is make excuses instead of making it right ? I’m not asking for free anything just send my orders correctly just like you charged them. I don’t recommend if you are wanting to grow your business and are looking for more of a mom and pop shop GUTTER ALL will definitely exceed your expectations. Stop giving your money to people that show you time and time again that they don’t care about your business.
