  i called for a technicnician to look at my current HVAC unit. It wasn't running properly. Jacob came out the nect morning to check it out. My husband used to be an A/C tech years ago so we had an idea of what was wrong but wanted confirmation from a current tech. Jacob confirmed our suspicions.and did not try to tell us anything out of the ordinary. Jacob and Charles came out today as scheduled. They both did a great job! They were very Respectful and Professional. They took their time ensuring everything went correctly to avoid any issues. It is the first time I have used this company and I can't say enough good about them. I will be calling them back any time I need A/C work done.

  Very respecful and knowledgeable individual. He completed the inspection and provided detailed information about our system current state. Also provided good advice about services ( no a pressure sales pitch) provided by Gordon Air Conditioning Services. I highly recommend this company.

  If you’re weighing whether to trust Gordon’s with your HVAC, my experience should convince you: two whole‑home AC units were installed by them almost two years ago, and while the first has run flawlessly with only a single, quickly‑fixed hiccup, the second has been a true stress test—and Gordon’s has passed every time. After a series of mechanical failures that required the replacement of two valves and a compressor, the brand‑new compressor they installed also failed after 10 months. A quick google search of the compressor model revealed that model has had quality control issues, so this was not installer error. Yet the technician—Able—arrived on schedule, as Gordon’s always does, and when he uncovered yet another issue at 4 p.m., considering this unit has a sketchy past, Gordon’s didn’t just patch it; they authorized a full condenser swap on the spot. Within thirty minutes three additional techs showed up with a brand‑new, (way better than what I had) condenser, and they labored straight through the night, finally getting the system up and running at 11 p.m., all at no cost to me thanks to Gordon’s top‑tier warranty. I can’t thank the installation crew enough (even if I can’t recall every name); their professionalism turned potentially future condenser problems and a cold evening into a seamless resolution. Consistently, Gordon’s technicians are punctual, the warranty—both theirs and the manufacturer’s—is honored without loopholes, and every phone call is answered by genuinely friendly, helpful staff. In short, every interaction has exceeded my expectations, making Gordon’s the clear choice for reliable, customer‑centric HVAC service.

  Used Gordon for a couple of years for routine maintenance and barely had any issues. When I called them for the first time with an issue I was having, it was a completely different experience. First, they determined the issue my HVAC had would require a replacement part and quoted me $3k+. When I said I would think on it, he said he would go check the outside unit. When he checked the outside unit, my breaker blew. He told me it was random and nothing he did. Another $500. Then the next day, I get a call from the sales team to explain that he’s actually “cheaper” for me to get a whole new unit because of warranty, etc, etc. I ended up having two different companies come out to assess and quote, both said total cost for the same replacement piece would be max $700. Moral of the story, another company that is solely concerned about their profit.
