    Dittmer was referred to me from my previous HVAC contractor who now only does Commercial work. Dittmer did a full install of a Gree mini-split in my brand new detached garage. Patrick came out to take measurements and talked me through what I needed based on heat load calculations and was there for any questions I had before install. They arrived on time and completed the whole install in a day and were very professional and the system looks great! Will definitely be using them again in the future for any HVAC issues for my house as well.

    They replaced the 22 year old system at my home. They offer Carrier and not an unfamiliar brand. They did a great job at a reasonable price. My neighbor referred Dittmer to me and now I recommend them. I am a satisfied customer.

    I highly recommend Dittmer Air & Heat. They just did a 21 Point Maintenance on our old HVAC system today. They have kept our old Air / Gas Furnace system going for many, many years. (Unit is probably about 15 years old) They never try to upsell. The tech's are always very thorough and professional. Exceptional company to work with!

    I called them out for AC issues to see how honest the tech would be. After calling 4 plumbers to fix an issue that none of them fixed I was very upfront that my goal is finding a reputable AC service company who will fix the issue instead of drag out services like divorce attorney. It's disappointing how companies will replace parts that are not bad and quote future services that are not warranted and also will not fix the issue(s). They didn't open up the inside unit side, Didn't check continuity between components to check functionality. Didn't even use a multi meter. The guy just went to the unit and pulled off the covers to look for easy parts to swap. No change in functionality when he left. No call back to see if what they did fixed it. Just a bill and a recommendation for more service at an inflated rate that would not address the issue. Glad I have friends int he industry who could shoot straight with me because these guys did NOT. Would not recomend.
