They have kept our old Air / Gas Furnace system going for many, many years. (Unit is probably about 15 years old) They never try to upsell. The tech's are always very thorough and professional. Exceptional company to work with!

After calling 4 plumbers to fix an issue that none of them fixed I was very upfront that my goal is finding a reputable AC service company who will fix the issue instead of drag out services like divorce attorney. It's disappointing how companies will replace parts that are not bad and quote future services that are not warranted and also will not fix the issue(s). They didn't open up the inside unit side, Didn't check continuity between components to check functionality. Didn't even use a multi meter. The guy just went to the unit and pulled off the covers to look for easy parts to swap. No change in functionality when he left. No call back to see if what they did fixed it. Just a bill and a recommendation for more service at an inflated rate that would not address the issue. Glad I have friends int he industry who could shoot straight with me because these guys did NOT. Would not recomend.

Their entire team (especially Deonna, Bryan, Joey, Stephen, William, Mike, and Patrick) made the experience seamless and stress-free. They were transparent every step of the way, patiently answered all of our questions and never once made us feel like a burden (pretty sure Deonna would be rich if she got a dollar every time I called lol). Everyone we interacted with was genuine, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor - all while proving they had our best interest at heart. It’s rare to find a company where every single person you interact with is this consistently wonderful. We can’t recommend Dittmer Air and Heat enough! Thank you ALL for taking such great care of us!
