- NMNancy Mericle6 days ago3.0Rediciosly over priced ! The fill valve needed to be replaced. ( which I knew and called for the replacement) The cost of the fill valve at Home Depot is $10 to $20. The plumber replaced the valve in 15 minutes. The charge was $221. ( that’s including no service charge and a 10% discount for having a maintenance agreement with Del Air) The plumber was courteous and professional but the price is so inflated. Really $200 for 15 minutes. Never again! My husband watched and he’ll change the next one.

I paid $1200 like 3 years ago and I have to have them maintain it at an additional $120 a year for them to come out. I am paying double. I don’t buy a warranty from Best Buy for an TV and they say get you have to bring it every year for the next 10 YEARS and we will charge you to look at it. If you don’t the warranty then they claim it is void. Oh wait! They offered half price to look at it. This is a SCAM. I purchase a warranty and use when needed. You charged me $1200 for it. This company needs to be looked into. How many are doing this. Owned homes before in NJ and never this fake warranty scam.

Upon arrival, Matt immediately diagnosed the issue with the Air Handling Unit and talked me through all repair options for consideration. Matt worked diligently to order the necessary replacement hardware and coordinated the follow-on service repair appointment notes with the technician supervisor. During the follow-on repair appointment, Mike immediately briefed me on the repair process and completed the Air Handling Unit repair in an expedient manner. Mike took the time to walk me through additional preventative maintenance measures and addressed all subsequent questions in a professional manner. Both Matt and Mike were attentive to all my A/C repair needs. I highly recommend Matt and Mike for any household A/C repair issues, and I thank the Del-Air support team for all their efforts in prioritizing excellent customer service throughout the household repair process.
