This is not a 24/7 electrician! I am 75 and my smoke detector started chirping at 3:00am. I turned off the power to them but still chirping. The batteries were changed a month ago. The units are less than 5 years old. I was told that they could come out in 2 days!! Clearly not a 24/7 company. Don’t call if you are in trouble. I would have gladly paid cash if that’s what it took.

I have had a technician come out to my home twice the 1st day he told my spouse and I it was the thermostat that was the issue,recommending that we purchase 2 Honeywell thermostat at a price of $525.00 dollars each however with a discount it was $425.00 each,fast forward 48 hours later we still have the same issue we should’ have heat blowing from the hvac system instead all that is blowing is cold air when it should be heat, today will be a 3rd a technician coming to our home hopefully they won’t try and sell us another product. Did I mention this is practically a new build we purchased our home less than a 1 1/2 year ago and this is the company that installed our system. If it wasn’t the thermostat why deceive the customer Is my question?I will edit this post once the issue has been resolved. And hopefully it will.

We are very disappointed with Del Air. Our first experience with them was great when our AC went out but since then we have had nothing but problems. We signed up for their maintenance package that includes AC, plumbing, and electricity and apparently that was our mistake. The first appointment we made for regular maintenance for our AC, and the person was running behind but never notified us that they wouldn’t be here during our time window. We had to call to find out what was going on.
Next we scheduled regular maintenance to have someone look at our plumbing. The first time, they were a no call no show. We called and they apologized because there was an emergency and they couldn’t get to us. The 2nd time we got a phone call in our time window saying that two plumbers quit so they were short staffed and couldn’t get to us today. The third time they canceled our appointment after the time window due to the plumber calling in sick. Thursday night we discovered an issue with our plumbing so we called Friday to get someone out sooner and they didn’t having any availability so they scheduled us for Saturday. Now the fourth time, today, they canceled via text with no excuse and automatically rescheduled us for Monday without asking if this would work for us. The text further stated that we can reach out during the weekdays if this time doesn’t work for us.
Update: We were able to get ahold of someone via phone and they told us the plumber had a family emergency and had to cancel all appointments for today, but we would be the first ones they see on Monday. Due to the issues we are having with our plumbing, we decided to cancel our appointments and membership with them because we are going to be using a different company from now on.

Service tech William Galarza was superior. He fixed many issues which the original installer of my new a/c system failed to complete last April 2025!!! William went over and above completing the installation. He gets the five stars. He was kind, informative, very polite and intent in completing my system as it should initially been done. As a customer required to sign off on installation we have no option but to expect all was done properly. Very disappointing!

I had a HVAC system installed in my house late September. The sales guy was very polite and even got us a discount. But, last week I had a supervisor come in to my house to check two things. One of them was that they used a part of my old system on the new one (a piece of plastic that covers the electrical). He said it's an "accessory" and that I needed to purchase a new one! ON A NEW SYSTEM??????? It's not because of money, it;s just that's ridiculous that they install a brand new AC and don't use all new parts.
So, today I called them again, because my system isn't cooling properly. I have it set up for 70F, but my house is at 76F! They scheduled the appointment for today, but want to charge me another $100! It has been a month since they installed it!
