My husband and I hired Steve to do some work on my wrought iron gate that was in desperate need of repair. Several areas were rusted out. Not only did he fix all the rusted areas, but he took it to his shop and replaced it with heavier gauge metal. My wrought iron gate is now better than it was new! Steve took the extra time even to replace the hinges to the gate as well. He finished it by priming it and got it looking amazing and ready for me to paint. He also shared some helpful tips on maintaining my iron gate for years to come. I definitely appreciate Steve and the quality work he done and would have no hesitation in recommending Steve to anyone. His prices are reasonable and he is really is an overall nice guy. Debbie, I thank you so much too for handling my phone calls and setting this up for me. I am sure you both won't see the last of us. Truly happy customers --Sharon & Todd Gisclair.

I am professional dog trainer and behaviorist living in an apartment complex where this company was doing work. I was working with a very important client's dog, who asked me to train the dog to run beside a bicycle, as this dog needs a tremendous amount of exercise. Naturally, this dog was a bit timid of the bike at first as she is only 9 months old, but this was the fifth time I had taken her out running next to my bike and she was doing fantastically (after much work getting her used to it) However, as I rode past the truck and trailer from which this company was working, the noise of the generator startled the dog. I kept riding and spoke calmly to the dog to get her back on track and refocused. As I passed a second time, coming back, a woman working for this company put down her work and came out onto the street where she shouted at me that I was abusing the dog because 'she doesn't wanna be doing that', as the woman said. The sudden appearance and shouting startled the dog again and the bike and myself both went to the ground where I bruised and scraped my knees and hands fairly severely. After riding back into the complex to fetch the dog (she had taken off running when I fell but was found sitting outside my apartment door, luckily) I rode back out to speak with the employee who had caused the accident, where I calmly explained that I was licensed to be working with animals, had been doing it for years and that I obviously would have discontinued the training on the bike if I felt it was hurting or uncomfortable to the dog in any way. This woman continued to yell and curse at me, threatening to call the SPCA and report abuse. I feel this was UTTERLY unprofessional and absolutely out of line. I went to the office of my apartment complex and spoke with one of the managers about this company and he agreed that under no terms should this employee have interfered in my work, or even spoken to me at all as this company was only hired to do work on a few buildings and had been asked not to speak or interact with residents, beyond a simple hello or to apologize for any inconvenience. I clearly have no use for hiring a welder, however I would never hire this company under any circumstances, simply based on this interaction. The property management here is considering terminating the company from continuing work. It was very fortunate indeed that no serious harm came to myself (aside from freely bleeding hands and knees) my client's dog or my bicycle. This was unprofessional to the highest degree and completely uncalled for.
