Joe the service tech came out to look at the issue and took the time to point out several issues that would need updating in the future to bring the house up to code and current standards. He explained it in such a way that even a person with limited electrical knowledge could understand the importance of these upgrades. He is very professional and when we are ready to proceed with the necessary work we would feel comfortable with using Joe and Red Royal!

The wiring was a challenge due to the distance between the appliances and electric panel. I can now use the refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven at the same time. I got the panel replaced and upgraded to a 200Amp, code-compliant breakers installed for my large appliances, an EV plug installed, and some minor troubleshooting. It was a lot of work. My estimator, Shane, was professional and personable. He was thorough and gave his recommendations without trying to sell me on every little thing. Shane gave me plenty of options for work to be done with no pressure. The two techs who came out, Dillon and Cody, where just as great. They showed up, walked through the work that needed to be done and didn't stop till the work was done and I was happy, which was maybe 8 hours. Overall a great experience, and I recommend at least getting a quote from Red Royal.

He explained everything, ensuring that I understood what he was doing and why. His competence was very evident and reassuring. During our conversation, I mentioned that a water leak was found earlier in the day in our bathroom, and he offered to take a look to see what he could do. He confirmed that a plumber would be necessary only because he did not have the parts needed for the job on his truck. I will definitely be asking for him in the future.
