Georgie is very smart and takes pride in his work. Always making sure every “I” is dotted and every “T” is crossed before leaving. Last week he updated the electric panel, electric to water heater and all exterior light switches and outlets were all updated to GFI. I definitely will use Red Royal Electric and Georgie if the need arises. Georgie thank you for your efficiency and excellent work ethic.
- SGScott GalleyDec 26, 20251.0Do not use this company, they will waste your time and empty your wallet. My appointment was 8am to 12pm, they called at 12:45 pm to say they were late. At that point I already lost 4 hours of work and had to reschedule because I needed to get to work. I live less than 1 mile from the business. My appointment was to fill an empty breaker spot and look at two gfi outlets that were tripping. I rescheduled even though they missed their appointment. When they gave me the estimate, it was $550! That was to cover the outlet( which they didn’t have the part) and two remove and replace two gfi outlets. My cost for a gfi is $15 and a 12 pack of breaker covers is $15. Red Royal was charging me $505 in labor for what would take me 10 minutes of work! I complained about the price and that they wasted a half day of my work time and they brought the price down to $470. Absolutely ridiculous! I declined the greedy price gouging and paid the $50 service fee. One of these gfi, was a breaker they installed less than two years ago. I will never have this company, as close as they are to me, respond for any further projects. I hope this serves as a warning to others also so they don’t get their time wasted, pay a ridiculous project fee, or lose $50 for a service fee so inflated that the aim of the response is just to collect the service fee to get you off their books while making some quick cash. The technician that responded was courteous and professional.
