You do not have to worry that work will be done right, permits will be filed, workman's comp insurance, and material vendors are paid. We just had our roof done by John's crew. You can tell that they have been at this a long time. Everyone on the crew knows their job no one ever stops moving. They replaced 5 sheets of plywood on my roof and re-nailed all of the plywood with the current building code ring shank nails. When John comes and gives you an estimate he is on time for the appointment and is very through. He covers everything you need to know. His office staff reminds you the day before that there will be a dumpster in your driveway and make sure you can get your cars out. John limits your shingle choices to the ones that are proven and have the best high wind rating. You can compare what he offers on consumer reports to make a informed decision as will as comparing other roofing quotes you may have receive. John is an old school Florida Roofing Contractor. The kind of guy who knows Florida and how to build in it. His price for my roof was very fair with quality materials. I would highly recommend using John's Company for your roof.
