Working on the initial step with Gavin was a great experience since the quote was free (yes some companies charge a fee) and Gavin gave three options and explained the differences. We were quickly scheduled. Gavin and Bruce arrived to relocate the dryer outlet and were awesome the whole time. The work was quick and efficient. Gavin and Bruce were polite and conscious of our space, pets and doors. The work was neat and precise. We now have a dryer where we needed it. We highly recommend Emerald Isle and you are in good hands with Gavin and Bruce.

Bruce and Gavin showed up early and did not leave until evening time. They replaced our old fuse box and installed a new one inside and another box outside with a kill switch along with a total home surge protector. They were professional and very informative about what, when, where, and why all of the work was being done. And bonus they completely cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company for all of your electrical needs!!

We had to shut our breaker off for a home repair this morning and couldn’t get the breaker to turn back on called Emerald Isle electric not going to lie I was Probaly A little frustrated to the lady at the front desk because today happened to be my birthday and this was the last thing I was expecting to happen. She was kind and patient with me and had somebody arrive at my house within the hour They even had a tracking app through your text message so you can verify and see exactly when the tech will be showing up Absolutely loved as well Bruce Was super nice and caring and fixed our situation in no time he was able to restart our breaker and didn’t charge us anything for it. I could not be more thrilled and ecstatic. With this company And I highly recommend them To anyone that is in need of help!!!!! This is the first time that we had to even have an electrician come And I’m glad that we found this company because I know I’ll be going for all my electric needs !!!
