A 24X30 garage with concrete footings and floor ,plus driveway apron.The placement added more concrete flooring to the breezeway. they constructed the garage and the new breezeway screen-room, Phase II all new vinyl siding to the 1975 mobile home with OSB and house wrap, plus all new double pain double hung windows to round it off. A persistent leak in the garage roof required multiple attempts to resolve .But very unusual source leak persists still to this day. I have tried to reach them for new work ,I suspect that something has gone wrong. This is now in the 4th year. The roof leaks are causing a premature roof failure. Cracks have developed and the leaking is increasing under the additional weight of the saturation of the foam core.
