  Flood Remediation and Rebuild Review It’s October 2024, and after hurricane Milton flooded our home, what initially looked like a small issue quickly became a full-scale remediation and rebuild project. While we were grateful that the damage wasn’t as severe as others experienced, it was still a life-changing event that left us uncertain about what to do next. Enter Adam, our Project Manager from Rapid Response, whose team arrived within a day to assess the situation and develop a clear plan for both remediation and reconstruction. Navigating the aftermath of a flood is stressful enough, but when you add in insurance adjusters, banks, temporary housing, and all the logistics that come with starting over, it can easily feel overwhelming. Adam’s calm professionalism and clear communication made an enormous difference from day one. The remediation process was fast, efficient, and coordinated seamlessly with the insurance requirements. Adam worked closely with us throughout to ensure the estimates were updated as needed and approved so that work could begin. As the project moved into rebuild, Adam’s leadership truly shined. He was responsive, knowledgeable, empathetic, and deeply committed to restoring—and improving—our home. He clearly explained each step, outlined our options, and was proactive in identifying potential cost overruns, always suggesting smart alternatives that protected both our vision and our budget. We were equally impressed with his team: • Gio, who handled painting and general contracting, brought meticulous attention to detail and pride in his work. • Derek from Custom Closets and Cabinets designed storage solutions that were both functional and elegant. • David from Team Electric ensured every electrical element was safe, efficient, and perfectly executed. • Josh from Holistic Homes Plumbing provided expert, reliable plumbing work and clear communication throughout. • John  with Great American Marble gave us perfectly measured countertops for our new kitchen. • Lenny from Epoxy Ops transformed our garage floor beautifully. Thanks to Adam and his outstanding team, what began as a disaster turned into a positive, even transformative experience. Our home is not only restored but better than before, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the professionalism, craftsmanship, and care shown by everyone involved.

  I can't say enough about this team at Rapid Response, they were there immediately when I called for help. They were kind and answered all my concerns. Most of all they took good care of my home. Very professional, Adam always got right back to me with any questions. They all did an awesome job. My house looks beautiful. Hats off to Adam for coordinating all the workers and getting it done in a timely matter. His aim was to make sure I was happy with the end product. Thank you Rapid Response Team you did it!

  Terrible experience! Do yourself a favor. Do NOT use them. Bathroom repair took over 18 months due to their negligent subcontractors then LESS than 1 year after completion shower is leaking again. I have water damage behind tile. Shower walls are failing.
