  This business is a bunch of liars. update to this post.nothing is done. I would be so embarrassed by the work. It’s a reflection of ownership. In my lifetime I made a name for myself by quality work.this is garbage and the older man on the second crew confirmed it. Owner doesn’t care hires cheapest help. If you want misery and to be ripped off go to capitol that’s if you love bad work and love paying for bad work. They Sent two crews out and neither could fix it. They ask me to remove the post but give us the run around still. That’s abhorrent. This is!!!Horrific store. Installers can’t lay carpet Gaps in carpet to the tile. In was a builder for 30 years and I never seen any of my sub contractors doing this building for a lifetime the excuses given This tile hasn’t been an issue since 1974. Capitol can lie about whatever issues they can try to dream up. This was the worst decision to use thr clown show. The store offer was to put a vinyl wall trim for commercial purposes. My carpet isn’t a vinyl sided home. Don’t go through what we have with these jokers. . Choose a much stronger company. Not to mention we paid good money. Vinyl trim. . Amazing. So carpet has not been installed right to the tile. They do that for 15 feet and I know what it is. The man cutting has no skills and j wouldd d have fired him or put him on garbage duty. This store is a flat out joke. I just wish j had more time being disabled to really check out their work. Show me a few installs. This is a cheap grimy store. I beg you call empire and I don’t even know them. Call anyone but capital. They sold the carpet. And then played the measuring game 4k dollars later and they couldn’t install two rooms correctly. Save yourself the grief. Seriously. I tell no lie. Get yourself a professional company. Please. J worked in mirasol, ibis, Atlantis. Ect. Taboo the restaurant was a client of mine before closing. Run from this company.

  Excellent job. Best service from store salesman Roland to owner and manager Gabriel to Jose floor installer. Everyone was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

  BEWARE of KEVIN who is overly salesy and will lie to you for no apparent reason.. I spent 10K and ordered new carpets. I was told the carpets will be here in 2 weeks and once there in it only takes 1-2 days for scheduling. Okay no problem. Several weeks go by and I hear nothing, so I called Kevin back a couple times and he kept saying its Fabrica and its back-ordered. He kept falling back on, once it comes in Ron will call to schedule your installation and it only takes 1-2 days to be scheduled once the carpets arrive. Fast forward two months and we just heard from Ron for the first time. I am scheduled for the first available date which is 3 weeks out. Kevin only over-exaggerated by turning a 3 week process into 3 months and then he tells me customers only hear what they want to hear, like this is my fault. Expectations are everything and you can expect these guys to have diarrhea come out of their mouth.

  Our experience with capital rug was excellent From purchase to installation. The 2 gentleman who installed the rug did a fantastic job. They were very meticulous and Super competent. They are a great asset to the company. All went well. Happy Christmas.
