I was impressed with the person who came out to look at my system and quote me on a new one. He was very thorough and gave me lots of information and good choices. The mechanics that installed the new system were very professional and they did a great job. Their pricing was competitive but I chose them because I wanted a great install. People don't realize that they can buy great equipment but if it's not installed correctly it will never work well and fail early.

He is professional, courteous and will answer any and all questions involving your unit. I will definitely place them on a six month reminder so that my a/c unit will always be in proper working order.

I highly recommend Comfort Control. My only criticism has to do with the inability to see the details of the standard warranty and the optional 10-year labor warranty that I purchased and the writing of information with black magic marker on the side of the unit. I assume the information is important and before removing it, took a photo that will go in my files which I will show to any technician before he/she works on the unit.
