Office notifies you when the crew is scheduled and 30 minutes out with a mini bio of worker expected to arrive (Vinny in our case). It made us feel more comfortable with the introduction of a stranger to our home. Vinny and Daley arrived on time, demonstrated strong communication skills explaining the issue, work to be done and answering all of our questions. He was empathetic, worked with us on pricing and got the job done efficiently.

Vinny did a great job explaining everything he had to do and I understand it is not an easy job working in cramped quarters like that. He changed the defective supply valve, so now we are able to shut the water off to the heater without having to close the main feed. I'm sorry I didn't get his helper's name but kudos to her for learning the family trade. They were both a pleasure to work with.
