We went back in the store to get our money back and the order was still sitting on the desk. Terrible service! We needed floor tiles and we thought let’s give them a second chance. We went in today and got zero service. Two men were sitting at the desk on their computers. We were the only one in the store and a female helped us or I should say she was absolutely no help. They obviously do not want to sell anything in the Delray store. The worst customer service we have ever seen in any store. Will NEVER NEVER NEVER go back to Capital Carpet and Tile. And would never recommend them to anyone. These people should be fired. Response to Capital…..11/6/25 You totally didn’t even respond to the poor service we received in 2022!!! The response from the sales lady is a total fabrication. Yes we were looking for a specific tile but knew we would have to settle for something else because it is no longer made. We told her that. She suggested another tile company but couldn’t even get in their website. She told us to go home and play with it to see if we could do the in room picture. We had to force her to call the company to see how to access their website and it was actually a totally different site. We asked for an estimate which she did not want to give us until we went back and was firm about receiving one . Other tile companies provide ideas/suggestions for other choices which your company didn’t even try. Padron customer service is outstanding and provided us with a beautiful resolution to our problem!
