This dude was on another level of crazy – driving with his phone in hand, not giving a damn about the road. I had to swerve like a maniac to avoid a collision, and when I snapped pics of his vehicle, he was still glued to his phone. Seriously, using a phone while driving during work hours? Not cool, Rapid Response Team. Someone needs to school your driver before they cause a real disaster. Sort it out!
