    I do NOT recommend! Their lack of communication and failure to respond to multiple messages while we sit here on day 3 without heat is ridiculous. It started well enough. When we phoned about our heat being out on Monday 11/17, they were nice and responsive. Then it turns out they don’t have the part they need to fix our heater. The service repair person had us pay a 50% deposit and told us that the part would be in the next morning. We would get a call and it would be installed first thing. Not ideal, but without another choice, we paid the money, bundled up for a cold night and waited for morning. Morning came…and went. Nothing. No phone calls. No updates. Nothing. We phoned to get an update. We were transferred to leave a message. Hours more go by. Still no updates, no response and most importantly, NO HEAT! So we attempt to contact them through their online chat hoping for better results and some sort of update. Eventually I am told someone will call me back with information through the online chat. It was now the afternoon of Tuesday 11/18. Still no updates, no heat and they have my 50% deposit so I’m stuck dealing with them rather than getting a more capable and responsive company to fix my heater. Later that day, we finally get a reply from someone. They tell us that they don’t have the part and say it will be in tomorrow morning. I feel like I heard this before. Oh right, because I did, yesterday! I ask what does “morning” mean. As now I’m looking at another cold night and rearranging my schedule another day and waiting around for the repair person. She tells me they open at 8am. The repair person will get the part first thing and give us a call on their way to install. It will be “first thing in the morning”. Well here it is, after 9am. Still no updates and still no heat! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from Harris. I am sure there are many other reputable HVAC repair companies out there. I do not want you to suffer with cold and lack of responsiveness like I have!

    Harris came out super quickly and addressed our initial complaint as well as inspecting the electrical and made recommendations for our older home to be safer. The electrician Dylan Massey was super helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job of fixing our outlets and quoting us for future upgrades.

    I called to restart my heater for the winter months. I was a little upset that I couldn't get pricing till the technician came out, it was important to me to know prior because of my budget. Honestly, the price was higher than expected BUT... Tyler was a great technician. He took the time to explain the process, turned on my heat, and gave some good tips on our system. Thanks Tyler!

    Malik from Harris answered our urgent call last Sunday. Our toilet on the third floor over flowed. We did not notice it until water flowed down all three floors and through the ceiling light fixtures. Malik assessed the problem and shared his knowledge. He inspected all parts and replaced what was needed and offered options to align with our budget. My husband and I were very pleased with his work.

    Matt was a great tech. He went over all of the issues we were having with are system and explained everything that needed to happen with my systems after doing maintenance. He took care of issues that needed to be handled by his company and explained other issues that needed to be handled by another company. I feel like every time Harris pluming & heating sends a tech out, they are very knowledgeable they always give us the best information on how to keep are system running its best and how to maintain it.
